The Seaside Heights planning board will consider an application later this month that asks for the approval of variances required to build three lots on a plot of land on Sheridan Avenue.
Oak Forest Development LLC is asking the board for approval to build three single-family homes at 208 Sheridan Avenue, which is currently an empty lot. The plan, as presented to the board, calls for the site to be divided into three separate lots, with a single-family home on each.
The developer is requesting minor subdivision approval for the creation of three single family lots, plus any variances that may be requested by the board or borough professionals. The meeting will be held Sept. 30 at 6 p.m. at the municipal complex, located at 901 Boulevard and Sherman Avenue.
The applicant is being represented by attorney Harvey L. York.
