A pair of properties in prime locations on the Seaside Heights boardwalk – one which houses Old Time Photos and another steps away from the “Jersey Shore house” of MTV fame – are up for sale.
The building that houses Old Time Photos, located at 215 Boardwalk, is being sold by its owner who is retiring. According to a commercial real estate listing, the novelty photograph attraction would be willing to remain as a tenant, or a new owner could open their own business at the site. The asking price for the 20-by-100 property and the building, constructed around 1920, is $1,199,900.
Another property on the northern portion of the boardwalk, which houses a retail shop in close proximity to the famed “Jersey Shore house” as well as the newly-built home of the historic boardwalk carousel, is available for $2,199,999. The site, located at 1301 Boardwalk, could also retain its current tenants, the commercial listing said, and has “lots of potential to expand.”
Both properties are listed with Seaside Realty.
