‘Thanks-for-Giving’ Turkey Dinner to Raise Funds for Tri-Boro First Aid

With Halloween fast-approaching and Thanksgiving on its heels, it’s time to talk turkey in Seaside Park – in the form of the second annual “Thanks-for-Giving” dinner to benefit the Tri-Boro First Aid Squad.

The dinner will be held Saturday, Nov. 4, 2023 and tickets must be purchased by Sunday, Oct. 29, 2023. The event will feature a Turkey Dinner “and all the fixins'” by Chef Greg Manning of Half Moon Point Restaurant. Takeout and delivery are also available upon request. There will be door prizes and much fun to be had, organizers said.

The event will take place at the squad building on J Street and the Boulevard, from 5-7 p.m (doors open at 4:45 p.m.). The donation is $50 per person.

“Friends and neighbors, this is an important fundraiser for Tri-Boro First Aid,” an announcement said. “They are always there when we need them and they often go above and beyond to assist us. Please help us support them!”

Tickets can be purchased at Stefanik Realtors located at “L” & Central Avenue, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (call first at 732-793-0812), or call Annie at 732-830-3236 or Sue at 732-250-6472. Tickets can be delivered to one’s home upon request.
