The Brick Township branch of the Ocean County library has closed and will remain so until Feb. 16, the library system said in an announcement Thursday.
The library is closed for “cleaning due to COVID-19,” the announcement said. “All necessary steps have been taken to ensure the safety of our staff and the public.”
Items currently on hold at the Brick branch will be extended for their patrons’ convenience, the announcement said. Library patrons could also visit one of the systems dozens of other locations, and can access online resources at the library system’s website.
