Police in Brick are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man they say stole a wallet out of a car parked at the Drum Point Sports Complex Sept. 19. The car was left unlocked, police said.
The suspect, pictured with this story, entered the unlocked vehicle and stole a wallet from inside, Sgt. Larry Petrola said. The wallet contained several charge cards, one of which was used at the 7-Eleven, Drum Point Plaza, on the same day at 9:15 p.m. Another charge card purchase was attempted at the CVS store at Drum Point and Hooper Ave. at 9:25 p.m., later that day.
