Nothing says fall like German food, German beer and a bonfire. Add in some rides and other family activities, and there’s something for everyone at the second annual Bricktoberfest celebration.
Initially scheduled for last weekend, Bricktoberfest was moved to Saturday, Oct. 10 due to the nor’easter that hit the Jersey Shore.
The day starts off with a 5k and Fun Run at 8 a.m. and continues with food, music, rides and fun from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., all at Windward Beach Park. A beer and wine garden will feature specialty German beers.
