Real estate developer Jack Morris, through his company JSM at Martin Boulevard, LLC, will be before the township Board of Adjustment March 29 to pitch a Wawa convenience store and gas station, 124 seat restaurant, bank and day care center at the site of the Laurelton Mobile Home Park. There will also be 117 parking spaces to support the businesses on the 9.4 acre plot of land. More details on the development itself can be found in a previous Shorebeat story.
The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. at the township municipal complex on Chambers Bridge Road, Wednesday, March 29.
