A hearing on a proposed Wawa and commercial complex near the corner of Route 88 and Jack Martin Boulevard in Brick has been rescheduled after an abrupt cancelation of what was already a rescheduled hearing.
The application had been scheduled to be heard last Wednesday, March 29.
Real estate developer Jack Morris, through his company JSM at Martin Boulevard, LLC, will be before the township Board of Adjustment April 24 to pitch a Wawa convenience store and gas station, 124 seat restaurant, bank and day care center at the site of the Laurelton Mobile Home Park. There will also be 117 parking spaces to support the businesses on the 9.4 acre plot of land. More details on the development itself can be found in a previous Shorebeat story.
