The Wawa store located at 116 Brick Boulevard, which has been closed for several weeks for remodeling, will reopen next week, the company said.
A representative said the large store, which includes a gas station as well as market, will open the doors to its newly-remodeled location next Wednesday, Feb. 19. The gas station portion of the location has remained – and will remain – open during construction.

The Brick Boulevard location is one of 50 that Wawa began remodeling in 2018 at a cost of about $1 million per store. The remodeling program is aimed at letting each of the locations “receive improved layout features to advance efficiency and to support our expanded food and beverage offer.”
When the store reopens, according to the company, customers should expect (in addition to a new design):
- Expanded food and beverage offer
- New Hand-Spun Milkshakes
- New store graphics and designs
- New open and inviting spaces
