One of Brick Township’s newer traditions will continue this year in the form of the annual Brick Hero Awards ceremony, during which the township honors residents who are everyday heroes in their community among several categories.
The Brick Hero Awards were created to “honor residents and businesses who make a difference every day, in ways small and large,” the township said in an announcement. “The heroes are recognized at the Annual Brick Hero Awards Ceremony.”
This year’s ceremony will be held on Friday, March 8 at 7 p.m. at Brick Township High School. The event is hosted by the Mayor’s Student Advisory Committee and will include performances by local school choirs, theater groups, dance teams, and more. Tickets will be available for purchase at the door.
