Brick Township will host its annual Memorial Day parade on Monday, May 26, paying tribute to the armed services and those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for their country.
One of Brick Township’s proudest traditions, the parade will proceed down Chambers Bridge Road to town hall at 10 a.m. For generations, residents have gathered along Chambers Bridge every Memorial Day, waving American flags and cheering on veterans, marching bands, scouts, first responders, community organizations and more as they march in tribute to the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to the United States.
This year’s parade steps off at 10 a.m. from Route 70 and proceeds to the Municipal Complex (401 Chambers Bridge Road), where a solemn ceremony will take place at the conclusion of the parade.

“We encourage all residents to come out, line the parade route, and join your neighbors in honoring our heroes and celebrating our country,” an announcement from the township said.
The parade will result in a temporary road closure along Chambers Bridge Road beginning at about 9:30 a.m. between Route 70 and the municipal building.
