The Brick Township branch of the Ocean County Library will present a free landlord-tenant law workshop next month.
The program will held answer questions about your rights and responsibilities as either a landlord or tenant, led by attorney Eugenia Lynch, whose office is located in Toms River. Topics will include landlord-tenant filing processes, court access, and legal rights and responsibilities.
Lynch has been an attorney for over 30 years. She currently concentrates in the areas of criminal, municipal court, and family law. She served as president of the Ocean County Bar Association from 2015 to 2016.
The event will be held at the library, 301 Chambers Bridge Road, at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 9.
