Kids’ Magic, Comedy Show to be Presented at Brick Library

Children and families are invited to join magician Mike Rose for impossible magic tricks and off-the-wall comedy during his “Colorful Magic” show at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 7 at the Brick Branch of the Ocean County Library.

Rose is a “seasoned professional comedian, magician, magic historian, and author,” the library said in an announcement. He has performed in 25 states, presenting hundreds of shows annually for thousands of attendees.

The event is being held in celebration of the centennial of the county library system and the 60th anniversary of the Brick library branch. The free program is sponsored by the Ocean County Library Foundation, however guests must register beforehand at this link or by calling the branch at 732-477-4513.
