The ‘Brit Pack’ Will Invade Brick for Summerfest Thursday Night

UPDATE 11AM: The event has been canceled due to weather. A make-up concert and fireworks show is scheduled for Thursday, July 31. The township will announce the performer for that show in the coming days.

Notwithstanding any postponements to another week, “The Brit Pack” will perform at the township’s Summerfest celebration Thursday night, prior to the traditional fireworks display. Formed by two British musicians in New York City, The Brit Pack brings the best of British rock to American stages, “delivering an unforgettable show that spans the UK’s musical legacy—from the legendary sounds of the 1960s to today’s modern hits,” the township said in an announcement.

The food court and beer and wine garden open at 5:30 p.m., while the concert begins at about 7 p.m. Fireworks follow the concert. Shuttle buses are available for free since Windward Beach has limited parking capacity.

Guests can arrive early to explore the food court, which offers a wide selection of delicious meals, treats, and desserts. Adults 21 and over with valid photo ID can enjoy the Beer and Wine Garden. Attendees are welcome to bring thier own food and coolers, however outside alcohol is not permitted.
