Brick’s ‘Swan Point’ Neighborhood Approved for Paving, Drainage Project

The township council this week awarded a contract for the repaving of the Swan Point neighborhood, which will also include drainage improvements.

The council voted unanimously to award a $201,003 contract with Meco Inc., and Clarksburg, to complete the work. The improvements will be made to Gale Road, Pine Hammock Road, Cedar Point Avenue, Spring Avenue, Sheldon Avenue, and Douglas Road.

The exact dates for the project will be determined at a future pre-construction. meeting. Residents will be notified before the work begins and given instructions on how to park their vehicles.
